WARM and WOOLY ON 'MADEIT'

Winter Warmth… So nice to cosy up the littlies and don a scarf and gloves yourself…something I got quite used to doing when I lived at the foot of the Dandenong’s in Melbourne.

Even over here in W.A. the mornings are chilly and when the sun goes down so does the temperature; I have lived in the west for about 9 years now and even though the summers are long and lingering and the winters usually mild it does get brrr…cold enough to have some woollies hanging by the door.

During my ‘Madeit’ browse this week I said to myself… "Self, this year you will start buying your Christmas pressies now! "

My plan is to make the list (and of course everyone is nice on my list) and pop it right there in full view of my computer screen…easy peasy Christmas shopping sorted.

PICKS ON MADEIT

My 'Madeit' Monday feature is a little different this week...

I am going to begin with a little heartfelt and I think worthwhile chat - do you have time for a cuppa?

I have been lucky enough to be chosen as a pick editor for 'Madeit'; this means as a madeit seller some of my favourite 'Madeit' items will appear on the 'picks' page. The picks tab is a great new addition to the 'Madeit' front page. Each week five 'Madeit' sellers are chosen as pick editors and there are also the lovely 'Madeit' staff picks...

All of these gorgeous picks are available for viewing for seven days beginning each Tuesday.

I must add here that my favourites list is by no means complete...I am discovering beautiful new items all the time and the discoveries have been made easier with the recent changes to the 'Madeit' website, including the picks page and not forgetting the new 'Gift Guide'.

Shopping on line at 'Madeit' is a wonderful way to shop 'till you drop! I have so enjoyed browsing these 'picks' over the past few weeks...it is great that we all have different taste - this I think is just one of the wonderful things about the 'picks' page.

INSPIRATION...

A little poke was all I really needed to keep my blog fires burning...it has been a while.

I have been really enjoying trying out new things in my creative space...some work as I plan and some need a little more time to get them the way I want them...and I am not giving up. I am just waiting patiently for the people who will love my creations as much as I do to find me!
